TypeScript Platform Engineer

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a small, fast-growing Stockholm-based startup building a creative product with AI at its core. As a Platform Engineer, you’ll take ownership of a scalable, secure, and high-performance platform, working closely with product, design, and engineering to shape both the technology and the product direction.

You’ll have broad influence early on: improving the developer experience, shipping end-user features quickly, reducing technical debt, and setting high standards for code quality, monitoring, and security. The role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, fast iteration, and helping define how engineering is done in an early-stage company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript

• Good understanding of Node.js and its concurrency model

• Experience designing scalable systems

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools

• Strong programming fundamentals with a focus on maintainable, high-quality code

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to be in the office five days a week

• Interest in creative applications of AI
