You can. Most teams do — until they realise how much time it costs. Posting the ad is the easy part. Sourcing, screening 200 CVs, chasing replies, and assessing actual technical depth is what eats the week. And every CV you reject in-house is wasted; for us, it's inventory we can use on the next search.
Run several. We're non-exclusive, and you pay us nothing unless we deliver the hire. There's no downside to having one more channel running in parallel.
